Well we are mostly getting ready for baby sister around here. We've all been sick for awhile, but have managed to have some fun and get some serious work done too! I think everything is ready for the baby- including you. One of your favorite things to do is: I hold your baby doll in the position baby sis is in my tummy, then bring her out and wrap her in a blanket. Then you run away and come running back as if you are coming into the hospital room to meet her for the first time. You hug her, kiss her, count her fingers and toes, then we repeat the whole scenario.


This is from when you were sick. You really wanted to play but fell asleep in my arms when I took you to the toy room. I felt so bad for you but couldn't resist taking a picture.

Bye Bye Diapers!

Just wanted to say that you wear big girl underwear now! We still have some accidents and definitely use diapers for nap/nighttime but for the most part you are potty trained! You are about a week away from being 2 1/2 so I guess you were ready. You don't really like the big potty and are a little afraid of falling in, so we take the potty chair in the car when we go places and use that one instead of most public bathrooms.
